Salmon + Grainy Mustard
with Coconut Rice + simply dressed Arugula Salad
This is one of our favorite recipes! It is healthy, easy, and quick to make. Everything is fluid and can be transitional into other dishes in the days to follow. The sauce can be used on any fish or chicken that you are wanting to give an Asian flare, and it stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days. We also got a little crafty in the bar following this recipe. Sean took the classic Tom Collins and added a coconut flare to marry it with our dish. It was light and delicious. Enjoy!
