Steak Two Ways

Steak is often times viewed as a dish that is only for special occasions, but it has become a staple in our house. You can find reasonably priced cuts and it cooks very quickly and easily. In this blog post, we are featuring our two favorite ways to make a steak - neither being on a grill. All you need is a large pot, a sous vide, and a cast iron skillet. There is nothing wrong with going straight cast iron, but the sous vide can be a dummy proof way to get the perfect temperature steak!
